1- Does DebbieCoFlowers.com sell coordinating silk centerpieces and other decorations?Yes, all of our silk bouquets have coordinating silk centerpieces and any centerpiece can be made to any size 14"$39.99, 16" $49.99, 18" $59.99 plus $3.00 each centerpiece for pearl centered stephanotis. We are currently in the process of adding silk centerpieces to our website so if you don't see the centerpiece that matches your bouquet, contact us and we will put your creation to the front of the line. Other coordinating decorations available including garlands and swags, contact us for more detailed information.
2- Does DebbieCoFlowers.com customize your silk bouquets and flower girl baskets?Yes, all of our silk bouquets and flower girl baskets are hand made to meet the Bride's requirements. Take a good look at ALL of our silk bouquets, any flower from any silk bouquet can be added or removed from another silk bouquet. You can make any silk bouquet larger or smaller. You can change the color or type of ribbons. Change a round silk bouquet into a cascade silk bouquet. Change white silk flowers to ivory or ivory silk flowers to white. Upgrade silk flowers to natural touch (see our tips and ideas page to view our natural touch flowers). Add or remove ribbons and pearls, add details to the silk bouquet stem. All of our flowers can be scented with a lavender, rose or floral mix scent.
3- Do you customize natural touch and silk boutonnieres and corsages? Yes, we can custom make a boutonniere or corsage with an exact flower from your bouquet with coordinating ribbons of your choice. We also customize ribbons of existing boutonnieres and corsages, contact us with your request.
4- What size natural touch and silk bouquets can I choose from?Any silk bouquet can be made to any size. Our silk bouquet sizes and prices are 8" for $29.99, 10" for $34.99, 12" for $39.99, 14" for $49.99, 16" for $59.99 and cascade bouquets 18" for $69.99, 20" for $79.99, and 22" for $89.99. Prices do not reflect upgrade to premium silks or natural touch flowers. Our natural touch bouquet sizes and prices are 8" for $59.99, 10" for $69.99, 12" for $79.99, 14" for $89.99, 16" for $99.99 and cascade bouquets 18" for $109.99, 20" for 119.99 and 22" for $129.99.
5- Do customization requests have an extra cost?If you are changing the silk bouquet stem wrap ribbon color, changing the white silk flowers to ivory or ivory silk flowers to white, adding or removing pearl sprays, adding a bow, pearl details or a ballerina criss cross to the silk bouquet stem there will be No extra cost and changes should be noted in the comment area at checkout. There may be a charge if you are upgrading the silk flowers to natural touch, changing the silk bouquet size, or adding other custom wrap details to the silk bouquet stem. Click on the contact us tab to receive price information. The prices of our items go by size and silk or natural touch flowers used, not by the changes made.
6- How can I be sure that my natural touch and silk bouquets match my gowns?Send us a swatch of your gowns along with the bouquet name and model number, your name, email address, and wedding date and we will check to ensure a perfect match. Click on our privacy policy located in the bottom right corner of our website to obtain our mail address.
7- What stem wrap does your natural touch and silk bouquets include?All of our bouquets are finished with the silk ribbon stem wrap described in the bouquet product detail unless you note another stem wrap preference in the comment area at checkout. You can request other details on your silk bouquet stem such as pearl details, bows, ballerina criss cross, see our tips and ideas page for more information. The default ribbon color used is ivory, white, or moss green whichever coordinates best with your flowers, if you would like a different color please let us know.
8- What materials are your flowers made of?Most of our flowers are made of silk, satin, and velvet and can be upgraded to natural touch. Some bouquets already include some natural touch flowers, some are all natural touch flowers (see our tips and ideas page to view our natural touch flowers). Whichever flower you choose, we will use the best quality flower available in your color.
9- How does DebbieCoFlowers.com ship the flowers?We ship Insured via USPS priority which takes 2 to 3 days from date shipped, excludes Sundays, holidays, and intermittent weather. An email notification and tracking information will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
10- How long does it take to receive my silk flowers?April threw August, please allow between 4 to 8 weeks to complete your order. The rest of the year, please allow between 2 to 4 weeks to complete your order. It's never too early to order, guarantee the availability of your flowers and ensure that you receive them on time!
11- Where does DebbieCoFlowers.com ship to?We ship all over the continental United States.
12- What is DebbieCoFlowers.com's return policy? Because all of our work is custom made we can not accept returns or cancellations and all sales are non-refundable. If the flowers you receive do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to be re-arranged and this service is free plus shipping costs. Additional charges may apply for new materials needed. We insure all orders so if your order were to arrive damaged it is covered in full.
13- How do I care for my natural touch and silk flowers? Store your natural touch and silk flowers in a well ventilated dry area out of direct sunlight in a location in which the the handling will be limited. |
