All orders placed today will ship the week beginning February 27, 2012.

We recommend that you place your order at least 2 months before your wedding date. Ensure that you receive the flowers that you love, it is never to early to order!

1- Does DebbieCoFlowers.com customize your natural touch and silk bouquets?

Yes, all of our natural touch and silk bouquets are hand made to meet your requirements. Take a good look at ALL of our bouquets, any flower from any bouquet can be added or removed from another bouquet. All bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages are available in many sizes and most have many flower choices. See options under the featured product photo. You can change the color or type of ribbons. You can add or remove bouquet jewels. You can choose the stem wrap type, see our tips and ideas page for inspiration. If you do not see the option you desire, contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Complete custom orders in which the flowers type desired is not currently featured on our website are available the months of August thru December and a $50 non refundable deposit is required to begin. The $50 deposit will be deducted from your order total before the final payment is due. I'm sorry, due to our high order volume time does not permit for complete custom orders January thru July.


2- Do you customize natural touch and silk boutonnieres and corsages?

Yes, we can custom make a boutonniere or corsage with an exact flower from your bouquet with coordinating ribbons of your choice. We also customize ribbons of existing boutonnieres and corsages, contact us with your request.


3- Do customization requests have an extra cost?

If you are changing the bouquet stem wrap, boutonniere and or corsage bow color, changing flower colors, adding or removing pearl sprays, adding stem wrap details such as a ballerina lace and or pearl seam there will be No extra cost and changes should be noted in the comment area at checkout. Please note if you desire to change a flower color that is not currently featured in arrangements on our website or changing from silk to natural touch additional charges apply. Contact us with your request.


4- How can I be sure that my natural touch and silk bouquets match my gowns?

Send us a swatch of your gowns along with the bouquet name and model number, your name, email address, and wedding date and we will check to ensure a perfect match. Click on our privacy policy located in the bottom right corner of our website to obtain our mail address.

5- Does DebbieCoFlowers.com provide photo proofs?

Time does not permit us to provide photo proof unless your order is a complete custom order in which some of the flowers within your order are not featured on our website.

6- What stem wrap does your natural touch and silk bouquets include?

All of our bouquets are finished with the silk ribbon stem wrap described in the bouquet product detail unless you note another stem wrap preference in the comment area at checkout. You can request other details on your silk bouquet stem such as pearl seam, bows, ballerina lace, see our tips and ideas page for more information.


7- What is the difference between silk and real touch, natural touch, and soft touch flowers?

Our natural touch, real touch, and soft touch flowers are made with poly silk material coated with a thin layer of latex in which prevents fraying and adds realism. natural touch, real touch, and soft touch flowers are so realistic everyone will assume that they are fresh. Most of our silk and specialty flowers are foam, polyester, silk, satin, and micro peach.


8- How does DebbieCoFlowers.com ship the flowers?

We ship Insured via USPS priority which takes 2 to 3 days from date shipped, excludes Sundays, holidays, and intermittent weather. An email notification and tracking information will be sent to you when your order is shipped. Please note a signature is required on all orders, please ship to an address in which a recipient can sign for your packages.


9- Will I receive my flowers within the ship date specified?

We maintain a rigid shipping schedule to ensure that your order ships the date displayed in the checkout area when the order is placed. If for any reason we expect a delay due to product availability, etc., we will notify you immediately.


10- Does DebbieCoFlowers.com provide a rush service?

We intermittently provide a rush service in which we can ship your order before the current ship date displayed. The availability of a rush service is determined by openings due to orders shipping sooner than expected. Rush orders are shipped after all of the orders scheduled to ship that week are complete. We display a notification at the top of our FAQ and Tips & Ideas page if a rush service is available. Please note, a 20% rush service fee apples to all rush orders.


11- Where does DebbieCoFlowers.com ship?

We ship to all United States of America, including Hawaii and Alaska. I'm sorry, we do not ship Internationally.


12- What is DebbieCoFlowers.com's return policy?

Due to the hand made, "made to order" nature of our items, and the structure of the wedding industry, cancellations and returns are not accepted and refunds will not be remitted. If the flowers you receive do not meet your expectations you can send them back to be re-arranged, additional shipping and other charges may apply. This service is available for up to 3 days after the flowers are received. Please look at the photos closely, all of our photos are taken close up to show details. Please read the descriptions carefully before ordering. All sizes listed in descriptions are approximate. We insure all orders so if your order were to arrive damaged it is covered in full.


13- Will DebbieCoFlowers.com consult over the phone?

Because we are always filling orders we reserve phone consultations to customers that currently have orders placed with us. Our preferred method of contact is email.


14- How do I care for my natural touch and silk flowers?

Store your natural touch and silk flowers in a well ventilated dry area out of direct sunlight in a location in which the the handling will be limited. If you choose to place a scent in the box be sure not to use oils and that the product packaging does not touch the flowers. It is recommended that you place a silica gel pack (found in most shoe boxes) in each box to prevent mold growth.
