No, all of our flowers are artificial yet look and feel real. We offer the highest quality and largest selection of silk, natural touch, real touch and soft touch flowers.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to place an order?
No you do not need to pay with a PayPal account. You have the option to pay by debit or credit card, your PayPal account or finance with PayPal. On the order summary page which appears after the order confirmation step 3 of 3 there is the option to choose your way to pay. Select the pay with a debit or credit card or PayPal financing link if you do not wish to use a PayPal account.
Does DebbieCoFlowers.com customize wedding bouquets?
Yes, all of our bouquets are hand made to meet your requirements. Take a look at ALL of our bouquets, all of our bouquets are available with many options for the flower and ribbon colors, etc.. Any flower can be added or removed from any bouquet. All bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and decor are available in many sizes. You can add or remove bouquet jewels and there are many styles of stem wraps and embellishments to choose from, see our bouquet embellishments section. See suggested coordinating items under the featured product photo to help find the coordinating pieces to your desired item. If you do not see the option you desire, contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Custom designs are welcome.
Do you customize boutonnieres, corsages and other decor?
Yes, we can custom make a boutonnieres, corsages and other decor the exact flower types within your bouquet including coordinating ribbons of your choice.
Do customization requests have an extra cost?
If you are changing the bouquet stem wrap, boutonniere and or corsage bow color, changing flower colors, removing embellishment sprays, adding stem wrap details such as a ballerina lace and or pearl seam there will be No extra cost and changes should be noted in special instructions area located on each product page or in wedding date field at checkout. Please note if you desire to change a flower color or type that is not currently featured in arrangements on our website or changing from silk to natural touch additional charges may apply. How can I be sure that my wedding bouquets match my gowns?
What stem wrap will your wedding bouquets include?
All of our bouquets are finished with the silk ribbon stem wrap described in the bouquet product detail unless you note another stem wrap preference in the comment area at checkout. You can request other details on your silk bouquet stem such as pearl seam, bows and or ballerina lace, see our tips and ideas page for more information.
How does DebbieCoFlowers.com ship the flowers?
We ship Insured via UPS or USPS priority mail which on average takes two to three days to arrive, excluding Sundays, holidays, and intermittent weather. An email notification and tracking information will be sent when the order is shipped and a signature is required upon arrival.With our experience in packaging thousands of wedding flowers, all flowers are packed to preserve the design and to prevent crushing.
Will I receive my flowers within the ship date specified?
We maintain a rigid shipping schedule to ensure that your order ships the date displayed in the checkout area when the order is placed. If for any reason we expect a delay due to product availability, etc., we will notify you immediately.
Does DebbieCoFlowers.com provide a rush service?
We intermittently provide a rush service in which we can ship your order before the current ship date displayed. The availability of a rush service is determined by openings due to orders shipping sooner than expected. Rush orders are shipped after all of the orders scheduled to ship that week are complete. We display a notification at the top of our FAQ and Tips & Ideas page if a rush service is available. Please note, a 20% rush service fee apples to all rush orders.

We ship to all United States of America, including Hawaii and Alaska. I'm sorry, we do not ship Internationally.
What is DebbieCoFlowers.com's return policy?
Due to the hand made, "made to order" nature of our items, and the structure of the wedding industry, cancellations and returns are not accepted and refunds will not be remitted. If the flowers you receive do not meet your expectations you may send them back to be re-arranged, additional shipping and other charges may apply.**Boutonnieres and corsages are NOT eligible for re-arrangement**. Please look at the photos closely, all of our photos are taken close up to show details. Please read the descriptions carefully before ordering.
What does the free toss bouquet look like?
Our free toss bouquet is a cream/white silk hydrangea rose bouquet and it is automatically included in orders over $250 before shipping and taxes.The stem wrap is a cream or white satin partial stem wrap and we will use the color that best coordinates with the rest of your flowers. If you desire a specific color stem wrap please note it in the comment area at checkout.
How do I ensure that all of my pieces coordinate?
Dye lots in particular with our medium natural touch calla lilies may vary throughout the year. We recommend that you order all of you pieces at the same time to ensure that they coordinate perfectly. Details are important to us so if you are ordering a sample bouquet please specify it on your order. We will attach a stem wrap sample and note the location of specifics for example a ballerina lace location in alignment with a specific flower color to ensure that all of your pieces coordinate perfectly.
What is the difference between silk and real touch, natural touch, and soft touch flowers?
Our natural touch, real touch, and soft touch flowers are made with poly silk material coated with a thin layer of latex in which prevents fraying and adds realism. Natural touch, real touch, and soft touch flowers are so realistic everyone will assume that they are fresh. Most of our silk and specialty flowers are high quality foam, polyester, silk, satin, and micro peach materials.
How do I care for my natural touch and silk flowers?
Store your natural touch and silk flowers in a well ventilated dry area out of direct sunlight in a location in which the the handling will be limited. If you choose to place a scent in the box be sure not to use oils and that the product packaging does not touch the flowers. It is recommended that you place a silica gel pack (found in most shoe boxes) in each box to prevent mold growth.
